ANNOUNCEMENTS/NEWS
ADOGS NEEDS YOUR HELP! The Open Space Master Plan Task Force - the group who is making recommendations about uses for “open space” in Arlington - is looking for YOUR involvement in "The Arlington Way". There will be one Historic/Cultural work group meeting on June 17 (think: Madison CCA), and the Outdoor Active Recreation working group that will include looking at dog parks in general is holding three working open meetings (June 24, July 1 and July 8) so that the public can attend and register comments. A letter from the Outdoor Active Recreation working group is here. ArlingtonDogs will be submitting an official position but we need lots of ADogs supporters to speak about or submit comments about the value of Community Canine Areas to Arlington! All meetings will happen at Central Library at 7 pm.Other working groups are also meeting throughout the month. Contact Karin Kirchoff for more details - kkirchoff@ahadirect.com
