ANNOUNCEMENTS/NEWS
Greetings A-doggers!
Fall is here, so is Halloween, and all the dogs we know are more energetic than ever!
So come join us for the ArlingtonDogs Howl-o-weiner, a silly social for our members and our pets. Costumes – whether you are on two legs or four – are encouraged but not required.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available for all, and there are sure to be treats and surprises. Puppies are welcome, too – they even get their own private area.
So come join us on Saturday, October 30, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Shirlington Community Canine Area, 2601 S. Arlington Mill Drive.
This event is also a drop-off for your Holiday Mugs! ArlingtonDogs has teamed with Friends of Arlington Parks in an effort to help cheer up area senior citizens during the winter holidays!
Clean out your cupboards and donate any Christmas and Holiday mugs to us! We will fill these festive mugs with lip balm, hand cream, or tea for delivery to Arlington senior citizens in December!
Hope to see you Saturday morning!!! It's bound to be a howling good time!!
For more information, call 703-578-0522.
Madison CCA Update!!!
There will be two public meetings to discuss the proposed design of the new Ft. Ethan Allen/Madison CCA. The Ft. Ethan Allen CCA Relocation Task Force has been reconvened to review and recommend a design to the County Board. Please join us at the meetings to share your fun and creative ideas.
We look forward to working with the community and the two new neighborhood members of the Task Force as we begin this exciting portion of the relocation process.
