Valentine's Potluck Outside Towers Park CCA!
Please Join Towers Park Community Canine Area and ArlingtonDogs on Sunday, February 13th for a Valentine's Meet and Greet Pot Luck at 3:30 p.m.
Please bring your pooch and a dish to share. A table will be set up outside the park area for food.

Come join the K-9 Krewe of Bark-us in the Annual Clarendon Mardi Gras Parade
Every dog has its day and Tuesday, February 8 is for every King Rex in Clarendon. Walk up Wilson Blvd. and down Clarendon Blvd. all the while allowing your dog to put on a regal beagle display.
Let’s meet between 7:30 and 7:45 PM behind the Whole Foods Market on Wilson
Blvd. and Danville St. in Clarendon. No registration fees!
The parade starts at 8:00 PM. If you and your dog can’t march with us,
please come by to cheer us on.
P.S. Keep in mind that retractable leashes are dangerous in the playful, but
crowded, parade environment.
Old Glebe Resolution Defeated by Civic Federation
With a lot of help from our friends, the Old Glebe resolution was defeated at the Feb 1st Civic Federation meeting. The resolution was the latest attempt by Old Glebe to debate the dog park issue and possibly close the Madison CCA. The vote was 61 against and 15 for the resolution.
Thank you to everyone that participated and worked so hard to defeat the resolution. We appreciate the support we received last night from the community. Thanks to the delegates and friends who attended the meeting and especially those that were able to stay for the vote. The meeting was very long and the results weren’t announced until 11:30pm!
